Genus change?

According to the IUCN (as linked in article), this species is now named Cyanecula svecica (del Hoyo & Collar, 2016). I attempted to update the article but 1. the automatic taxobox (Speciesbox) didn't work and 2. it was rapidly reversed. I cannot find the journal entry to substantiate the change online.
