Alphabetical order by town/city

edit

Does the current ordering scheme work? It seems counter-intuitive. Might not alphabetical order by name of school be just as good or better? Best wishes 138.37.199.206 (talk) 06:51, 1 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Was there a Bluecoat School in Derry?

edit

I was visiting Derry today and I noticed that the church seems to have a Blue Coat School attached to the First Derry Presbyterian Church, apparently the Blue Coat School first opened in 1773 providing schooling for 14 boys[1]. Karora 19:27, 14 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Sherborne Foster's School

edit

Hello, I was not sure how to add information to the table. The boy's blue school in Sherborne was Foster's School || Sherborne Dorset || initially endowed by Richard Foster || 1687 (first term) || 1987 (incorporated into St Aldhelm's school) || See wiki page on Foster's School, which also has information on 1738 when girls were enrolled in classes, leading to the founding of Lord Digby’s School in 1747.
