Regarding the naming of the album, do we have any verification? I only ask because there were a series of public houses temporarily rebranded "Blue is the colour" to promote the band's album.
I always assumed that it was simply a quote from 1992's "Old Red Eyes Is Back".

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
