citation desirable for Moscow orders of development

edit

The article includes says Moscow ordered the industrial development of the North Bohemian Basin on a grand scale in reference to the immediate post WW II period.

While that is certainly very plausible, it would improve the article if there were a citation to some source.

(So this does not mean that i doubt it very much, since any empire can order around its vassals and cloak it in some more pleasant terminology suggesting alliance or cooperation, but a citation is better than folklore in the setting of an encyclopedia.)
