editThe Sarah Jane Aventures had an episode, "Whatever Happened to Sarah Jane" which featured a character broadly similar to the Black Guardian. He delighted in chaos, deals with intermediaries, and referred to humans as ephemerals. - I haven't seen this episode yet but the word "ephemerals" was used in the old Doctor Who series by the Eternals. However any extreme-long-living/immortal creature might use it so it doesn't proof anything. MauriceGilden (talk) 18:10, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
