Condoleezza Rice of humble origins??

edit

What is the source of the sentence "Condoleezza Rice has been described as a Black American Princess[2], but this is probably incorrect because she is from humble origins"? According to the wikipedia article on her (and indeed from common knowledge), Rice's background is hardly "humble." She was not "pampered," but she was MINIMALLY middle class as a child. This article reads like an advertisement for the book. Is this phrase actually widely used in any regions or subcultures? Bluemonkee (talk) 03:21, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
