is this a species or subspecies?

It is a species following the Handbook of the Birds of the World and BirdLife International Digital Checklist of the Birds of the World Version 4 (also followed by IUCN). However, IOU still considers it as a subspecies (last updated in January 2020). I made these clear in the description. Olahgy (talk) 20:46, 6 June 2020 (UTC)
