A part should be re-writed

edit

in Difficulty of gene studies, i think that this part should be re-writed as I dont understand it at all: However, as the number of genes reduces the likelihood of choosing a correct candidate gene, Type I errors (false positives) are highly likely. Huhiop (talk) 19:33, 16 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Chemical Imbalance/Serotonin Hypothesis

edit

The articles cited for the serotonin imbalance hypothesis of depression being scientific unsupported appear to be widely criticized as relying on flawed methodology and fundamental misinterpretations of multiple many factors contributing to depression. Many of these criticisms from experts in the field can be found on the nature journal page for the articles. Due to the possibility of misinforming the average person, these sources should be removed or at least be presented with 5e caveat that it is a highly controversial area and the supposed consensus against the serotonin theory is non existent.
