Untitled edit

This is about horticulture rather than toxicology - and in any case could be merged with biopesticide. Roy Bateman (talk) 13:05, 16 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Peer Review edit

I would suggest adding specific examples of the usage of bioherbicides. For example, who in the agriculture industry use bioherbicides, and with what crops have these bioherbicides been tested. Adding background information, for example, first dates used would also add relevant information to the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lupitaf (talkcontribs) 05:13, 26 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Classification edit

I have posted a question https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Help_desk#What_can_I_do_about_it_when_this_page_is_miscategorized_badly:_bioherbicide_?_it_isn't_medical_toxicology. so I hope to get this fixed soon.

Organization and Writing of the Article - Criticism edit

After attempting to read the article closely, I have the following criticisms:

  • The sentences are dense and cover a lot of ground, with little detail provided.
  • Most of the references don't seem focused on the statements they are assigned to - There's one I can fix, where the sentence is about various kinds of bioherbicides, but the reference is clearly about fungi, from its title. I need to sort through the rest as best I can without knowing the sources - I think I can find the abstracts.
  • The organization of sections is inconsistent with the overall pattern of the text - it seems the writer wrote an essay with the main topic being about the marketing and the market for bioherbicides, and then inserted arbitrary section headers independently of that. (Maybe similar to what happened with the references.)

I may be exaggerating. I will try to patch it up. Help would be appreciated. Thinkadoodle (talk) 03:55, 12 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

I reorganized the sections into a slightly more logical order, but you're right - lots more needs to happen here. Retswerb (talk) 04:35, 12 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
