Possible conflict of interest edit

After looking over this article and the edit history, I concluded that there is a possible conflict of interest here if someone related to Billie Davies is writing or editing this article, uploading photos, or contributing in some other way. If anyone has a connection to the subject of this article, and they have been working on the article, they need to stop. Wikipedia has a rule called Conflict of Interest in which "contributing to Wikipedia about yourself, family, friends, clients, employers, or your financial and other relationships" is strongly discouraged and a violation of Wikipedia's policies. Among other reasons, it means there is a bias. Wikipedia articles are intended to unbiased, impartial, disinterested. Wikipedia also has rules against promoting, advertising, or otherwise boosting people or causes by writing articles about them.

I need to add an important point. Paid editing is forbidden. But the Conflict of Interest rule "does not absolutely prohibit people with a connection to a subject from editing articles on that subject." So if you admit that you have conflict of interest, you can still edit that article "by discussing proposed article changes first, or by making uncontroversial edits."

billiedavies.com is a wrong link that appears several times on this page edit

It seems that billiedavies.com does not exist anymore and is now billiedaviesmusic.com. There is also another link that points to an exstensive PR site, Drummer, Composer Billie Davies , that I suggest to use for her main site link. Mike a davies (talk) 15:57, 28 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
