I am sorry but the article is already a Featured article, as such there is no reason to enlist it as a good article (unless it is requested to be and subsequently is delisted from being a featured article and is then nominated for being considered a good article).
Until then it can not be (and there's no need for it to be) a good article.
Therefore the article is:- Failed
