Bible and Spade is written by the organization headed by Bryant G. Wood a archeologist who has published several articles in the notable publication Biblical Archaeological review
I cite the following articles:

I see no reason for wikipedia not offering a broad perspective of viewpoints especially if the publication is headed by someone who is published in respected publications such as Biblical Archaeological Review.

Why the notability notice? edit
Wikipedia has articles on the following journals or magazines that might be considered in roughly the same category as Bible and Spade. None of these have a notability notice.
Andrews University Seminary Studies. Articles on archaeology, Biblical interpretation, church history (not a subject covered by Bible and Spade), etc.
Dialogue: A Journal of Mormon Thought. This covers topics such as the archaeology of the Book of Mormon, historical studies in the Book of Mormon, etc.
"Notability" can be a subjective matter. However, a rough idea of whether a periodical is significant can be found by going to WorldCat and seeing how many libraries worldwide subscribe to the periodical. For the three journals mentioned above, the results are:
Andrews University Seminar Studies (AUSS): 186 Dialogue: A Journal of Mormon Thought: 13 Bible and Spade: 152
This indicates that Bible and Spade is to be found in slightly fewer libraries than AUSS, and in far more libraries than "Dialogue."
For consistency the notability notice should be removed.
I have corrected the sentence about the contents of Bible and Spade. It is an archaeological journal. It does not have articles about creation vs. evolution or church history.

- Other stuff exists is never considered a good argument in Wikipedia. There are still huge numbers of articles which don't meet notability guidelines, and you can't use comparisons to decide notability. If this is an archaeological journal, it will be found referenced in other archaeological journals and books, and that might establish notability. Oops, that seems to be a problem.
