Is this really a village? edit
Everything I can find points to Berthyfedwen (Perthyfedwen on older maps) being a farm. There's a farmhouse with outbuildings. Another house called Coedlannau nearby. At most it would be a hamlet, not a village. Royal Mail's postcode finder doesn't show any village or hamlet of the name. A Google search turns up livestock breeders at Berth Y Fedwen, Llandyfriog.
I've not been there, but I've just spent time updating OpenStreetMap in the general area. So this is based upon aerial imagery, old maps, and a lot of Googling. I didn't see any trace of a village, or even a hamlet, of that name.
I think this is bogus, as is its mention on the Llandyfriog page. --Brian de Ford (talk) 18:39, 30 December 2020 (UTC)
