Kosovo issue edit

As for the Alban Bunjaku article, the discussion about to delete his article, the result was no consensus. So this article also will created because Bersant Celina also played for senior national team Kosovo national football team. Eni.Sukthi.Durres (talk) 20:46, 22 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Celina nationality edit

Not recognised by FIFA or UEFA thus making him either Norwegian or Albanian. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 221.115.122.2 (talk) 07:51, 12 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

I suggest we make him Norwegean, seeing as Norway is the FIFA member he has chosen to represent. While there's a good argument for making him Kosovar (him turning down a full international call up for Norway), Kosovo won't play full international matches before 2018 (at which point he can be nation locked). 2.111.81.59 (talk) 19:17, 21 February 2016 (UTC)Random footy fanReply
He has chosen NOT to represent Norway. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/fa-league-cups/bersant-celina-interview-manchester-city-kid-with-big-ambitions-for-kosovo-a6884646.html Cashewnøtt (talk) 09:41, 22 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
Even though he has choosen not to represent Norway we always list the nation the footballer last played for. In this case Norway. Qed237 (talk) 10:18, 22 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
@Qed237: Last time which he played for a national team was for Kosovo on 13 November 2015 against Albania where he also managed to score a goal (See match), in other side, for Norway U21 he last played early on 7 September 2015 (see match). So I'm changing his nationality to Kosovan. Thank you. Eni.Sukthi.Durres (talk) 15:43, 22 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
