Many categories in this article list Arévalo as an Uruguayan (e.g. Uruguayan people of Guatemalan descent). The fact he was born in Uruguay does not necessarily mean he holds Uruguayan citizenship, since he is the son of exiled Guatemalans. Is there any source demonstrating he has Uruguayan nationality?
