editBryceN (talk) 06:54, 9 January 2008 (UTC) This railroad may have had a later terminus, at Solano and Colusa Avenues (site of present Park & Shop). Photos of full size trains on Shattuck through Tunnel to Solano are readily available. http://northeastberkeleyassociation.org/localhistory.aspx
- By the time the line was extended to Thousand Oaks it was part of the rest of the SP interurban system and the "Berkeley Branch Railroad" no longer existed. There were two other lines built to the same intersection before the extension through the tunnel opened.
- Also, the station there was across the street from Park & Shop, near where the post office and Zachary's are now.208.201.238.208 (talk) 07:12, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
