I removed the "See Also" section since the Phil-Am war is now mentioned in the text and Manifest Destiny and White Men's Burden are only indirectly connected to this proclamation. Both are relevant to a discussion of the Phil-American War but should not be highlighted in an encyclopedia article on this proclamation. --Bruce Hall (talk) 06:27, 30 April 2011 (UTC)
