• "kilometre (13 mi) Downtown Line Stage 3, consisting" add the (DTL3) abbreviation here and then use it consistently rather than further down the article.

• "the CCL and NSL and" put the full titles here and abbreviate rather than lower down in the article.
• " deep depth of 43" deep depth?! Just remove deep.
• "the live tunnels" what's a "live tunnel"?
• "at strategic places" what does that mean?
• "As there is limited"" is or was?
• "cyclist-friendly" not quite encyclopedic tone.
• "The water was immediately drained" is this even relevant? It seems highly trivial in the scheme of things.
• "other Downtown Line 3 (DTL 3) stations" see above, this abbreviation should have happened way back.

• Spaced hyphens in the refs need spaced en-dashes.
