The following sources seem to support the change in title:

This seems to support imdb's listing the current title as a "reissue" title for the original release of the film as Behind Enemies Lines. GiftigerWunsch [TALK] 19:36, 1 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Here: http://www.onlinewatchmovies.net/hollywood-movie/behind-enemy-lines-1986-hollywood-movie-watch-online.html somebody messed up and put poster of Behind Enemy Lines from 2001 with Gene Hackman.

About that one: http://www.motionpictureart.com/store/product.php?productid=20666 I can see plainly P.O.W The Escape on this official poster and there's no mention about Behind Enemy Lines on it.

Look at the title of the page; the poster says P.O.W The Escape, but it is listed as a Behind Enemy Lines poster. This seems to suggest that the imdb information stating that it is a re-issue title, is probably accurate; most likely the P.O.W poster is a special edition poster for a particular release of the movie, under a different title. They wrote This item is variously known to the public as a(n) Behind Enemy Lines poster so they meant it's also known as Behind Enemy Lines, poster itself is from 1986 so it can't be re-release. Shaman (talk) 13:45, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

I think the implication of "re-release" is that it was released under a different title in a location other than that of the primary release; there's no reason it would take more than a year to release the film in a new location, so both releases may have occurred in 1986. The other sources also seem to support that the current title of this article is not the primary title of the film. GiftigerWunsch [TALK] 13:55, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Here: http://www.flixster.com/movie/pow-the-escape is official trailer, watch it till the end. You have trailer, poster, what else do You need? Shaman (talk) 18:15, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

The links I provided give evidence that this is not the original release title, and nothing you have provided contradicts that; I believe the original title, Behind Enemy Lines, should be the title of the article. GiftigerWunsch [TALK] 18:28, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

  • Support move per evidence provide by Giftiger that the P.O.W. title is for a reissue. Propaniac (talk) 17:13, 9 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
  • Support per all of the research by Giftiger. The other title is clearly a reissue one and we should go with the original here. MarnetteD | Talk 19:32, 17 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
