Wow, looks like a fun game, if not a little tricky to learn at first. Good work coming up with it. Couple suggestions edit
Using the Triple line in a rally ups its value to a homer and 3rd base. wouldn't a homer and 2nd base make a little more sense? Doesn't matter much I guess...
Another thing was about clearing the rack. I would have waited until 10 cups were gone, since that would leave only the 5 water cups and make sure no beer is left on the table for a long time. However, I do see a point since you want to make sure there's at least some beer left over at the end of the game.
