I'll pass the article, but I feel that it can be improved in the following ways:

1. Expand the lead. I feel that it barely meets the requirements for WP:LEAD, and there's enough content in the article to feed information for the lead.
2. It could go through a copyedit, but I'm not sure if you're going to expand on the article to put it through A-class or not.
