Title - a "battle"???

edit

Even "Spy Ship Incident in the Southwest Sea of Kyūshū" seems made-up by an editor. But "battles" as titles are used for historically important (and larger) fracases - this was an incident, at most. 50.111.199.0 (talk) 01:26, 6 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

I strongly agree. This article is quite biased toward believing what the Japanese Self Defence force claims to have happened, including translating the Japanese name of the incident, while acknowleging there were no survivors and therefore no eyewitness testimonity to oppose those claims. 218.44.105.30 (talk) 05:48, 12 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

When does a country have the right to attack and sink a surface ship in its 'EEZ'? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.241.72.9 (talk) 08:44, 16 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Let's not play games over this - NK is a brutal dictatorship that has raided Japan and kidnapped its citizens. I think the RS's referenced in the article accurately describe what happened - philosophical POV's will need some solid referencing if added to the article. 50.111.9.165 (talk) 21:43, 28 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
wrong. You have it backwards.
Japan has a history of war crimes against Korea, and japan is currently only a country in name, it is now a against western imperialist military base in everything but name.
North korea is not a dictatorship, it has numerous checks and balances, including a constitution and numerous branches of government that make sure that the leader cant just do whatever he wants, hence why you never see pictures of north Korean leaders in fancy robes or crowns.
