More relevant than the games at the tomb of St. Justus (not clear from the letter that it's the church, although that seems likely), is the inscription that was actually in the church building, commissioned by the bishop, that was composed by Sidonius — and which is, as Hodgkin observes, the only thing we have left of the church. An English translation of the entire poem (in Ep.
