Birth and death

edit

Basil Patchitt was born in Singapore (then part of the Federation of Malay States) in 1900. But my source is his own son, so you'll probably ignore it. Cris Freddi — Preceding unsigned comment added by82.35.3.81 (talk) 23:54, 22 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Oh, and he died in South Africa in 1991. His son supplied that piece of informatioon too. And the exact date of his dad's death. Cris Freddi — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.35.3.81 (talk) 01:51, 27 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Any way of verifying this - news article, birth/death certificates? GiantSnowman 09:50, 28 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Not that I've seen. You yourself could try researching South African death records. Finding his (80-year-old) son was a big enough success for me. Cris Freddi — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.35.3.81 (talk) 23:31, 26 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
