Why not erase the political signs?

With Photoshop or the like? It would be an easier task to just get someone who lives in or near a basement apartment to take a pic and upload it. bd2412 T 21:34, 18 September 2009 (UTC)

I'm removing the part about Basements suite apt in Ontario. A person will use whatever means to get something rented. Basement Burglary?

There is nothing referenced for increased burglaries in basement apartments. This idea should be expanded with a well-referenced paragraph describing crime statistics in basement apartments if indeed there exists a significant risk. If there isn't a significant risk then this should be mentioned as well, since it's important information for potential renters.
