   All of Bartow's local representation in the state and federal legislatures are members of the Republican Party. "representation" is a singular word, "are" is a verb form pertaining to plural nouns. Not done

   Although separation concerns over matters of church and state deter the city from directly involved in its operation, the service center has been renting a building from the city for $1 per year since 1966. Missing verb in "deter the city from directly involved in its operation" Not done

   Bartow has an unusually large number of government jobs. 2unusually" is a weasel word here unless attributed to someone. Not done

   I made a number of minor copy-edits but I think you need to go through the article line by line, reading it out aloud to improve the narrative flow and style.

   What makes indo.com a reliable source for distances? used at least six times.

   I originally used google, but there was a discussion on the peer review about using distances obtained from goggle (and other map sites).
