So the sources for "most prestigious" don't actually say that. One says "considered one of the most" which are weasel words and the other just says plain ol' "prestigious"

this article should say that the scholarship is open only to US Citizens and eligible non-citizens who want to become citizens. I will edit this page if you don;t have any objection.--who is kushal? 17:48, 27 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
