Digicel Premiere League → Barbados Premier Division – The current title contains a typo since it should be "Premier" and not "Premier". However, correcting that typo leads to another problem since the Jamaican Premier League is also sponsored by Digicel and thus known as the Digicel Premier League (that name redirects to the Jamaican league). So I propose moving the Barbados page to Barbados Premier Division, keeping the Jamaican one at National Premier League and turning Digicel Premier League into a disambiguation page.
