Kaffer in textbooks, source needed

Can anyone name the text book were this excerpt is from: "...this kaffer has stolen a knife, this kaffer is lazy..." I somehow thinkn this is made up.--41.17.196.52 (talk) 17:25, 18 November 2009 (UTC)

NPOV

Much of this article is of the form "It is often said that ... <Bantu Education was bad>. But actually... <it wasn't that bad because...>", which is not actually "balanced" or NPOV as it describes one opinion as a fact whereas they are in fact both opinions. - htonl (talk) 09:28, 9 December 2010 (UTC)

Agreed, a lot of it is propaganda. Opinions have their place, but what are the facts and relevant context to them? And how do they explain that Coloured/Indian/Blacks in South Africa that were educated under that system (essentially anyone over 35 - if their school wasn't burned down by the Anti-Apartheid movement) appear to be far better educated than the present generation. Who as we know now doesn't even have the most basic economic literacy as the #FeesMustFall nonsense illustrates. --41.150.232.76 (talk) 21:44, 29 September 2016 (UTC)

Verwoed Quote Not Found in the Reference

The following is currently written in this Wiki article:

Hendrik Verwoerd, stated that:[2]

   "There is no place for [the Bantu] in the European community above the level of certain forms of labour ... What is the use of teaching the Bantu child mathematics when it cannot use it in practice?"

The source for the above quote (referenced 2) is a book called South Africa - The Rise and Fall of Apartheid (Clark & Worger). I have searched that book (electronic version) and cannot find the quote at all.
