First migrant workers edit

My dad came with a bunch of other Bangladeshis (plus Burmese & Bhutanese?) to Malaysia in 1974 as part of a recruitment drive by the Malaysian Public Works Department. Most of the others went back after 3 years, but he hung around till now. I was born in Johor in 1985 and was raised there all my life. Does that make my dad's batch one of the first migrant workers?
