There reads: The designation is sometimes given as U-21 instead of Y-23 or U-23
However, List of world cups and world championships for juniors and youth has the tournaments age group as 21 or younger (until 2014 23 or younger). That would mean there were four U23's (1990, 1992, 2011, 2013) and now has been two U21's (2016, 2018). 109.240.237.101 (talk) 10:16, 1 January 2019 (UTC)
