There are probably two (or more) sides to this. Many people favor development in this area, not least the folks who now live there thanks to the recent changes in the environment. Oodles of sides.... Meanwhile with NPOV goal: Perhaps the 'benefits of the development & its housing' article expansion belong in the Playa Vista, Los Angeles, California article, where those amenities are to be enjoyed? This is an 'open space preserve article' with natural history & the human history to preserve its existence - as a guide to what fits in?----Look2See1 (talk) 23:16, 2 April 2010 (UTC)
