It lacks the city itself edit
The map literally doesn't have the city, it should be added or something Yippt (talk) 20:16, 13 August 2023 (UTC)
- The Baku Governorate did not include the city of Baku. The city was part of the Baku gradonachalstvo. — Golden talk 20:17, 13 August 2023 (UTC)
