Questions and Clarification edit
Could it perhaps be clarified if the entirety of a county's territory is divided into cities/towns and dehdars or if there can be territory belonging to neither? Also, are there cities so large that they encompass the entire territory of a bakhsh, and for those which have their own divisions, on what level of administration are city districts located? --Criticalthinker (talk) 09:11, 27 November 2016 (UTC)
- Anyone ever figure this out? It appears that there are counties without cities, but in these counties are dehestans (and their villages) statutory divisions, or are they municipal divisions? A simpler way of asking this is that can you have a county with no rural municipalities (and their villages), or is every part of the country not in a city in a dehestan (and villages)? --Criticalthinker (talk) 13:13, 4 January 2018 (UTC)
