Island History

ok my name is Samantha Bailey, my family owned the island way back when and id like to see a little more of the islands history. Like the fact that we sold it for a pound of tobacco and a keg of rum.

Organization and More Info.

I agree, this article definitely needs some more information. My family has been on this island for almost 100 years, and I think someone needs to completely reorganize and maybe even rewrite this article.

I added a history and notable residents section. There is much more history to be written about this island, such as its involvement in the Indian Wars (Wikipedian1234 (talk) 23:26, 20 February 2008 (UTC))
