I have some doubts about whether this person is quite important enough to be given his own article, or if he ought to be "demoted" to the list of minor Foundation characters. PatGallacher (talk) 19:16, 5 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
I submit that Bail Channis is sufficiently central to the plot of Second Foundation to warrant his own article. He was the only enemy agent to penetrate the ranks of The Mule and it was only by him that the First Speaker was able to trap The Mule without endangering the Second Foundation!
