User:NA88 added this to the article, I'm moving it here. Whether the allegations or true are not, they belong in the article because it is certainly worth noting that the company has been been banned by the UN. If Badr deny the claims, or if other organizations have disputed them publicly, then that can be added too with sources. Recury (talk) 20:31, 17 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

"Allegations that Badr knowingly 'trafficked' arms embargoed by UN Security Council Resolutions (UNSCR) are false. These allegations have been based on the sloppy and unsubstantiated secondary research of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute. Neither the UN or any other concerned party keeps Sudanese air companies abreast of the latest UNSCR on Darfur or any other pertinent topics. This in itself is a separate discussion on the obligations of companies to read all UN Resolutions as they are published (it is doubtful that many do) and the obligations of the UN to advise commercial companies of the impact of UN Resolutions on their day-to-day commercial business. "

BADR Airlines is not banned or blacklisted by any international organization, that itself is proof that the recommendations from the Chairman of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1591 (2005) concerning the Sudan have not been taken into consideration by the SC. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Harry 666 (talk • contribs) 17:00, 2 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
