Respected Sir. The Hon'ble High Court of Kerala judgement order 12th July 1988 of S. A. No. 718 of 1983 B, verdict in favor of my father regarding 10th links width way( 02 Mtr) easment by way of necessity and am using said way without any interference but unexpectedly Respondent/ plaintiff once again approached in Munsiff Court Kollam with fake and false stated statement issued stay order and appeal court Addl District also dismissed , Plaintiff Bothe mother and daughter not allowing play the vehicle within in the 02mts limits even Motorcycle as well, 2015 onwards they're obstruct and till today, and always trying to create Law and order situation, but am continue reporting with Police, in 3 months ago police registered FIR against them, but they are not respecting Court orders and continue contempt of court without fear and feeling.
