Thetis Radar Decoy
editRemoved the Thetis Radar Decoy from the Enigma Cipher table since it did not use an Enigma cipher. I am unsure if it has a place somewhere else in the article, but for now the info is still on Wikipedia on its own page here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thetis_(decoy).
