i like this sauce, but every time i buy it, the sauce (and a lot of powder as well) sticks to the side and generally will not flow. sometimes i have to add vinegar and water to it. 64.91.201.195 19:50, 14 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

I am disappointed with this sauce. It does not have much good flavor (with a strange, sweet aftertaste), and has no real heat, and it DOES have an unappealing texture, even though I often like thick sauces. How does one pronounce the name of this sauce, "Búfalo"? This article mentions that "...The Búfalo name is always in Spanish, not the English 'buffalo'...". However, this article does not give any pronunciation. Perhaps, there is an online pronouncing dictionary for Mexican Spanish? Wiktionary has no pronunciation guide for Búfalo.
