No mention of use in Asia?

edit

A few days ago I saw that they also used the Azon to bomb the Burma Railway. This means that some of the information presented in the article is false, since the "only" user according to this article was the 458th Bombardment Group which wasn't based in Asia. - Berkoet (talk) 13:14, 9 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Missile

edit

I removed the word missile from this article since in English the word missile means a self-propelled munition, and the Azon does not. It is a bomb. Nick Beeson (talk) 20:42, 5 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

"Smart" Bomb?

edit

That´s a huge exaggeration, isn´t it? We shall rather go with "guided bomb". 46.115.74.124 (talk) 04:37, 16 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Mission list

edit

Freeman, Roger A. (1970). The Mighty Eighth: Units, Men and Machines (A History of the US 8th Army Air Force). London, England, UK: Macdonald and Company. ISBN 978-0-87938-638-2., on page 146 states that the 458th flew an "experimental" mission against bridges on 31 May 1944. This is earlier than any of the missions listed in the article. --Lineagegeek (talk) 19:27, 3 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
