It's not entirely specific to say the primary product is just a "cloud-based software". There are many different types of software offered. The primary product is called Axxess AgencyCore. There is also AxxessCARE, Axxess HomeCare, Axxess CAHPS, Axxess DDE, Axxess RCM, Axxess Billing, Axxess Enterprise
