Atg5 is E3 ligase?

Here E3-like activitiy of Atg12-5 for Atg8 is described first: Hanada T, Noda NN, Satomi Y, Ichimura Y, Fujioka Y, Takao T, Inagaki F, Ohsumi Y. 2007.
