Improvements needed in scope and detail edit

This article refers only to one aspect of lubricant oil reuse--namely, re-refining (not recycling) motor oil back into base lubricant. It should be expanded to include the reuse of industrial and dielectric oils, and should also include the cases of reuse as combustion fuel (properly termed "recycled fuel oil") as well as the distillation of used oil into diesel fuel.[1]

I am currently working on a research project involving oil reuse and disposal, so I will update this page from time to time, but if anyone else would like to collaborate, that would be most welcome :) I have some flow charts of the various disposition routes that I can upload once I get some feedback on them from industry experts.
