Weirdly, we had (a) an article on Google Booksearch, with a significantly long section on this case, and (b) a separate breakout article on the settlement agreement (since rejected, twice). It makes much more sense to consolidate all the information from this particular legal case in one article, summarized and referenced appropriately in the Google BookSearch article. --Lquilter (talk) 00:54, 14 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Revert of edit merging paragraphs

This was a well meaning, good faith edit to merge the paragraphs. But it falsifies or misleads as to the text of the opinion, where these points were set out separately. The court did not combine the points. See text of opinion. PraeceptorIP (talk) 21:26, 29 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
