1961 edit

I have just translated Emil Fröschels from German Wikipedia. The article indicates that he received the Austrian Cross of Honor for Science and Art First Class from the Austrian Government for his services in the field of science and art in 1961. However, he does not appear on the list in this article. How can this be checked and corrected if necessary?
