Merge proposal

edit

AIR Charts doesn't appear to have the notability or interest to keep it going as a separate article. I'm suggesting just pulling out anything worthwhile and putting it in the appropriate section here. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 10:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

Another thought - creating a new list article for the Awards makes more sense to me, instead of cluttering this article. Thoughts anyone? Laterthanyouthink (talk) 08:27, 17 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
Y Merger complete. - just tidying up redirects, etc. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 11:35, 26 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

Copied from old AIR Charts page

(The only other comments were my merge proposal and two redundant "External links modified" sections posted by bots, which I have deleted. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 11:35, 26 August 2019 (UTC))Reply

I have created a new page regarding the Jagermeister AIR Charts, Australia's official independent music charts presented by AIR, the Australian Independent Record Labels Assocation. As this is my first article, I would appreciate any feedback, particularly from editors on topics related to the Australian music industry (Australianmusicfacts (talk) 13:44, 3 April 2009 (UTC))Reply

I'm impressed by your first article: well done. I've wikified the references and placed a dead link on ref [3] which appears to be a site still under construction. Some copyediting may be required.Shaidar cuebiyar (talk) 05:08, 2 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
Need to indicate when the charts commenced, I think it was 2000. Also it would be good to provide other independent references rather than being solely reliant on AIR. Dan arndt (talk) 06:05, 2 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
The AIR Charts were previously known as the V Energy AIR Charts, as they were sponsored by V energy drinks. Maybe should be a section covering when they were sponsored by V and when that sponsorship changed to Jagermeister. When the charts commenced in 2000 they didn't have the 4 weekly and 6 monthly charts as they do now - I believe that a number of new charts were introduced in 2006. Also in the section dealing with the Awards it should be noted that these only commenced in 2006. Dan arndt (talk) 07:02, 3 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Split section proposal

The Awards section has become very long with listing each winner. I suggest creating a simple list article out of these. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 05:51, 27 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
