Austin Miller in Syria edit
Are there any WP:PERENNIAL sources that say Miller is not retired and undercover in Syria right now? Some editors (this recent IP among them) seem to keep editing that in with no reasoning and no sourcing. Bringing it here to prevent a pointless edit war. SuperWIKI (talk) 01:42, 7 October 2022 (UTC)
- I put this here as a courtesy, reverting edits here should count as Exemption 7 for what counts as edit-warring. Besides the unsourced additions by this IP, they are also linking to a war which has no relation to any current conflict. SuperWIKI (talk) 01:51, 7 October 2022 (UTC)
- IF he was undercover, I highly doubt there would be ANY acknowledgement to, or sourcing from, the media for any involvement to any current US operations. I've reverted such unsourced claims here before and will again unless there's damn good credible sources with it (so far there haven't been any included with the past additions here). Such unsourced claims easily violate WP:BLPSOURCE and have been the reason I've used with my notice/warning messages to past editors who've claimed he was undercover, but WP:PROVEIT could also be a good and relevant reason.
