Expressiveness

Definitions

"Definitions are left-aligned. When multiple lines are required (for readability), continuation lines are indented by whitespace." With a rule name and an equals sign to the left of the definition: "rule = definition ; comment CR LF", does this mean that continued lines for the definition are left-aligned with the first character in the definition? Responding to my previous item: further research seems to indicate that rules always start in column 1 of a file, meaning that any indentation of a line with content is considered a continuation of the previous line. So: "Definitions are left-aligned." apparently means in column 1. AnotherDuke (talk) 23:21, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
