Talk:Auf der Jagd

Titel / References / Image edit

I believe there is no exclamation mark in the title of this work. The Italian article which translates it as A caccia! is wrong — that would be "Auf die Jagd!" in German. As it is, "Auf der Jagd" describes a hunting scene, which is here adequately translated as "On the Hunt" (and why should there be an exclamation mark in that?); "At the Hunt" would also be equivalent.

The cited reference ("STRAUSS II, J.: Waltzes, Polkas, Marches and Overtures, Vol. 5 CD". NaxosDirect. Retrieved 9 October 2008.) doesn't seem to have anything to do with this work; I suggest to replace it with this: "STRAUSS II, J.: Edition — Vol. 32 CD". NaxosDirect. Retrieved 9 October 2008.

There is an image which might be included on this page: Jagd.jpg (It doesn't have an exclamation mark, either.) -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 12:06, 8 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
